Ice Crusher Blender

Hi I need to buy a hand blender which comes with few accessories.

Only these 2 options are available in nigeria Lagos
option 1: kendwood (model 655 or 714) /black and decker’s hand blender with whisk and chopper
option 2: Moulinex’s Click and Mix (comes with 4 blades attachments)

i also want to mix cake batters..can i do this from the above options?
Do the chopper (in option1) is good enough for meat and to chop other solid stuff?

I am in nigeria for some months or a year so dont wanna spend on something big like KA food processor. I am going for hand blender coz it would be easier to carry in my luggage later::) but i want small chopper or a beater/mixer type option for cakes.
